Friend,

There is a lot going on in the world. BREATHE.

In this state of emergency, it can feel plenty heavy at times and discouraging. 

I am here for you, Sis, in partnership, in sisterhood, in connection. 

When we look at the Latin root of the word emergency, we see it means to arise, to develop, to come into existence; to come into light. 

In the midst of all of this, pause and reflect on what is being called to emerge from within you. 

Turn down the noise of the world. Turn off the news. Turn down your own thoughts of fear. 

Now take a deep breath and ask yourself: What needs to emerge from me in this state of emergency? What is being called from within me into the light? What am I being asked to bring into existence in this surreal state of the world?

Together we will emerge through this to the other side.
